Popular culture has always said that "  rice makes good blood" and now science is proving  
  the smile and good humor stimulates production of endorphins, the so-called "welfare   hormone" that can strengthen the immune system.   I know the city of Pattaya in Thailand, where this year there was the fun and quirky world championship of laughter.   Over 20 competitors of all ages and from 16 countries who have put a strain on your throat to win a symbolic prize of € 2000. The happy winner coriacea: a 55 year-old teacher (photo) who broke the 110 decibels with a laugh, a good 12 minutes. Find the video by clicking on the link found at the end of post. know ... there is no current much to laugh about the situation in Italy which depresses us every day more and more (see the various maneuvers and maneuver of those genes to the government !)... but if you laugh, even if forced, inappropriate or uncontrollable, surely there will always be good!
